ArtWalk on Main St. is reserved for food and beverage trucks, individual art vendors, and artist performers. Individual artists may sell handmade original and reproductions of original art works. We will not rent spaces for commercial businesses or resale items.
Sign up through the registration form to reserve a space. Spaces are reserved in the order in which they are received.
PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION
The vendor fee is $25 per vendor/artist, per event. We accept online payments only. You will receive final confirmation and guidelines within 48 hours of registration.

ARTWALK VENUE PARTICIPATION
To qualify as a participating venue for WOCC ArtWalk, you must be within a safely walkable distance of Downtown Jonesboro's Arts & Entertainment District. To participate and be included in the monthly infographic, venues must have their information submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event. All participants must have arts-related events (music, dance, poetry readings, visual art, etc.) that are free to attend and open to the public.

ArtWalk on Main St. Guidelines
Women of Clayton County reserves the right to establish these guidelines as to further the interests of the artists and the community.
All work presented for sale is the artists’ original work and that the work submitted does not infringe on the ownership or copyright interests of another person.
We will not rent spaces for the following:

Commercial businesses

Resale items

Drug paraphernalia

Gang-related artwork or items
Only one space per artist is allowed. The artist is responsible for the sale of their own work. Artists are responsible for adhering to all applicable state and local sales tax requirements.
The artist is responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, and any other setup material. Access to power is limited. The artist is responsible for the setup, take down and cleanup of their space. Any violation of this will prohibit participation in future events.
The artist space must always be staffed for the protection of the artists and their work. Women of Clayton County will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items including but not limited to artwork and/or personal effects.
Women of Clayton County reserves the right to regulate time, manner and activities of the artists. This regulation extends without limitation to individuals, noise, products, conduct, signage and/or anything with offensive language/material printed on it that WOCC might determine to be offensive or objectionable.
If any problems arise during the event, including issues with other artists and/or consumers please inform one of the Women of Clayton County volunteers.
Women of Clayton County reserves the right to revoke the agreement at any time for violation of any of the guidelines, with results up to and including immediate and permanent dismissal.

Women of Clayton County will not provide tables, chairs or canopies for the ArtWalk on Main St. Battery operated lights are suggested as we have limited access to electrical outlets.

Check-in is 4:00 – 4:15pm. at Arts Clayton Gallery. Artists arriving after 4:15pm. will not be allowed to setup.

Parking & Unloading: All vendors are to park on Mill Street behind First Bank and across the street from Nouveau. While unloading, please be mindful of other vendors and unload quickly. A rolling cart is recommended to transport your artwork to and from your space.

Clean up: Our volunteers will alert you 10 - 15 minutes before 8:00 pm. Sales after 8:00 pm. are prohibited. Pack up your products and make sure you dispose of any trash in your space.
