INFORM, PREVENT, PROTECT!

As part of the Clayton County Health District’s journey of “Going from Good to Great!”, they are pursuing accreditation through the Public Health Accreditation Board. Pursuing public health accreditation is a great outlet to maximize the potential of the Clayton County Health District in the following ways:

  • Increase our competitiveness for funding, stimulate quality and performance improvement opportunities;

  • Improve management process used by leadership;

  • Stimulate greater accountability and transparency within our health department, and;

  • Improve/strengthen relationships with clients and members of our community

The goal of a health district is to give community members the opportunity to express their opinion about our community health and quality of life. Data will be collected utilizing a community health assessment (CHA) survey.

Take the survey now (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ClaytonCHA)!

Please feel free to forward this information and survey link to others within the Clayton County community. The more responses we obtain, the better!
